These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings, payments, and participation in dance classes, workshops, or events (“Classes”) provided by Sue Hill Dance Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking and/or attending our Classes, you (“you” or “the student/parent/guardian”) agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings and Payments
1.1 All Classes must be booked in advance via our booking system or directly with us.
1.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse entry if payment has not been received.
1.4 Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as set out in Section 2 (Cancellations & Refunds).

2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 If you cancel your booking:
• More than 7 days before the start of the Class: you may request a credit to use against future classes.
• Less than 7 days before the start: no refund or credit will be given.
2.2 If we cancel a Class, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a credit/refund.
2.3 We are not responsible for missed classes due to illness, injury, transport delays, holidays, or other personal reasons.

3. Health and Safety
3.1 You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or relevant health issues before participating in a Class.
3.2 Participation in dance activities is at your own risk. By attending, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to take part.
3.3 We are not liable for any injuries sustained during a Class, except where caused by our negligence.
3.4 Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn, and students must follow all safety instructions from instructors.

4. Behaviour and Conduct
4.1 We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without a refund.
4.2 Parents/guardians remain responsible for the behaviour of their children at all times.

5. Liability
5.1 We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to our premises.
5.2 Our liability for any claim arising from attendance at our Classes is limited to the fee paid for that Class.

6. Photography and Media
6.1 We may occasionally take photographs or videos during Classes for promotional purposes.
6.2 If you do not wish yourself or your child to be included, please notify us in writing before the Class.

7.1 Personal information provided during booking will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.
7.2 We will use your information solely for administrative purposes, to communicate with you about classes, and to share relevant updates or marketing information from Sue Hill Dance.

8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
